Step 1: Surface Our Website

When you surface our website, you are welcomed to discover existing tour packages, create your tour ideas which to plan your desired holiday and make notes for yourself,…

Step 2: Complete The Inquiry Form

+ When you choose the existing tour package as your expectation, then click on “Inquiry Now” button of that tour.

+ In case, you do not find any expected existing tour package on website, kindly click on “Tailor Made Tour” in the menu bar for your personal requests or customized tour.

+ Then, please enter all the information requested on the form such as your Full Name, Email, Mobile number, or WhatsApp number, number of persons for tour, travel period, travel date…

+ Then click on “Confirm & Submit” to complete your inquiry.

Step 3: Quote The Tour & Discussion Stage

After sending the inquiry to us, our travel expert will immediately receive your request and work on this then. We will create the full proposal of tour with net price per person, and we will reply within 24 hours.

You read out the proposal of tour, and may discuss with us to clarify all your concerns, revised itinerary & quote (if any) to match your expectation. After that, if you agreed with final quotation, then we go to next steps.

Step 4: Booking Order

When you agreed with final quotation, then you send email to us for your “Booking order” that tour you chose. As soon as we receive your email of “Booking order”, we will do:

+ Check the all services’ status such as hotels, cruises & domestic flight availability (if included),... If all services above are available, we will reserve it. In case, some of hotels, or cruises are not available at checking time, we will find the similar ones with purpose to keep same price, then let you know to decide choosing it or not.

+ At the same time, we will send you an e-mail for deposit payment with attached invoice & deadline.

Step 5: Payment Process

When you received e-mail for deposit payment, you start to pay deposit. You can choose the payment methods such as: By bank transfer, online payment - a secure online payment gateways for Visa, Master & Amex.

+ The deposit of USD 200 per person or 20% of the total amount if the booking is more than USD 1000 per person is required upon booking.

+ Final payment: The rest of balance will be paid by 45 days before on arrival date.

Step 6: Documents Of Your Journey

After getting your deposit payment, and finishing our reservation with all suppliers, we will send you confirmed documents included: Hotels/Cruises booking code (if any), visa letters (if any), flight tickets (if any), tour guide,…

Note: Our documents, such as voucher (in Vietnam, supplier don’t issue voucher, we book service with them by internal email, then our email as voucher between us & you). You can use this documents as your voucher to check in hotel, and checking schedule day by day of tour.
